What is the Maximum speed NanoHaul bikes can be driven at?

In accordance with the law, all NanoHaul models have a maximum speed limit of 25 km/hr.

How does NanoHaul address repairs and maintenance issues?

NanoHaul e-bikes are indigenously designed. The majority of items are modular in nature and can be replaced by anyone with moderate knowledge or skills.

Fleet Operators will always have access to spares so as to have near-zero downtime for their fleets.

For bigger issues or in the event of accidental breakage, you would need to bring in your vehicle to one of our service centres.

What is the Maximum weight NanoHaul bikes can carry?

Most bikes are designed to carry upto 100 kgs in addition to the weight of the rider.

What motors are used on NanoHaul e-Bikes?

NanoHaul bikes use gearless motors.

What brakes are used in NanoHaul e-Bikes?

NanoHaul e-Bikes use drum brakes on both wheels.

What material are the eBikes made of?

NanoHaul bikes are made of Mild Steel.

How do I manage my bikes remotely?

We use powertrains by eeveo Powertrain Solutions and as a result, we rely on their Android application as well as their web dashboard (where applicable) for remote management.

What security features are offered in NanoHaul eBikes?

  • All NanoHaul eBikes are GNSS (GPS) enabled.
  • You can enable/disable motors remotely using the eeveo Android application.
  • Alternatively, you can also remotely disable the Batteries (only in case of Smart batteries by NanoHaul).
  • You can use the in-built manual wheel lock.

Can I ride my NanoHaul in the rain?

Yes, you may certainly ride it in the rain – however please remember that at the end of the day, your NanoHaul should not get submerged in water as that may lead to issues down the road.

3. Battery FAQs

Is it possible to purchase NanoHaul bikes without Batteries?

Yes, you may choose to bring your own battery (BYOB).

All types of batteries are supported as long as they fit inside the battery compartment of the respective NanoHaul model you wish to purchase. We recommend LFP batteries owing to their durability and stability

What Battery capacities is NanoHaul able to offer?

We offer 3 Battery sizes

  • 15 AH (range up to 45 km)
  • 20 AH (range up to 60 km)
  • 30 AH (range up to 90 km)

Are batteries removable?

Yes, all models support removable battery packs.

What happens if the Battery runs out?

In the event of low battery, you may not be able to use the throttle. However, you may instead use the Pedals on your NanoHaul and just like you would operate a regular bicycle, you could pedal to the nearest charging or swap point for a fresh battery.

The battery compartment can accommodate batteries up to the following dimensions:
